How much does shipping cost?

 

We now charge a flat rate fee of only $5 or FREE when you spend over $60

*For Australian residents only

International postage fees vary depending on location, you will find prices in shopping cart

Is there a local  pick up option available?

This option is currently only available on the Gold Coast in Carrara.   When you get to the shopping cart there will be a drop down box with postage options, you will find the pick up option there.  This is a free service and you won't be charged shipping, but you must contact us at dimodakids@gmail.com right away to arrange pick up.

How will my items be delivered?

We currently use  Australia post.  A tracking number will be automatically emailed through once your parcel has been sent.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 2-3 days handling and 5-10 working days for delivery.  *Australia only

Where are my items coming from?

We are a QLD Gold Coast based business with all stock ready to go on site.

Refund Policy?

We will happily refund any faulty items and we allow 2 weeks if an exchange is needed due to incorrect sizing, but must be returned at your own costs and in its original condition.

Where do your clothes come from?

We always prefer Australian handmade and offer labels such as Peach Babe, Harlow and Frankie & Tinkas Handmade. 

But we also understand that not everyone can afford the luxury of handmade items, so we offer labels that are designed right here in Australia by other Boss Mums like yourself, these can be much more cost effective, without sacrificing quality.
